Intellectflow ("we," "our," or "us") builds Android productivity and utility applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps — including FocusFlow, VaultNote, and TaskGrid — as well as this website. By using any Intellectflow app, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our apps.

Our apps are designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect only what is necessary to provide core functionality: • App Usage Data: Basic, anonymized analytics such as session length and feature interactions to help us improve the apps. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. • Device Information: Operating system version and device model, collected anonymously to ensure compatibility and performance. • User-Generated Content: Any notes, tasks, or focus session data you create within our apps are stored locally on your device. We do not upload or access this content. • Subscription & Purchase Data: When you purchase a subscription or in-app product, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation of the purchase (e.g., subscription status) and do not have access to your payment details such as card numbers or billing addresses.

Some Intellectflow apps offer optional premium subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases to unlock additional features. • Billing: All billing is handled exclusively by Google Play. Your payment information is processed and stored by Google, not by Intellectflow. Please review Google Play's payment and privacy policies for details. • Subscription Management: You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store under "Subscriptions." Cancelling a subscription will not delete any data stored on your device. • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may request a refund directly through Google Play within the applicable refund window. • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand via Google Play. • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes through the app or Google Play.

We use the limited information we collect to: • Operate and improve our apps and services • Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs • Understand which features are most valuable to users • Verify subscription and purchase status • Respond to support requests We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

All user-generated content (notes, tasks, sessions) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect any data we do handle. We retain anonymized analytics data for up to 12 months. Subscription status data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service.

Our apps may integrate with the following third-party services: • Google Play Services: For app distribution, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. • Google Analytics for Firebase (where applicable): For anonymized usage analytics.
